  I have been a longtime Burberry customer, but, never had a negative experience, until this past weekend. After waiting in line for close to 1/2 hour to make a purchase, I was told, by the woman at the register, that the price on the bag I was going to purchase was incorrect. It was, actually, almost $200. more that what was on the price tag. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said that Burberry policy prevented her from honoring the price tag on the bag and it would, in fact, cost $200. more. The manager was quite rude and I can assure you, I will never shop at Burberry, again.
