  Friendly staff. Prices weren't really outlet bargains, but still good. The coupon in the book gets you a free gift with purchase of $65 or more. The gift was a little sample bottle which usually you get free at Ulta or a fragrance counter, but it was still nice. You probably won't even need to show the coupon, the woman didn't even take the coupon she just gave me the gift.

  Disgusting service. I purchased a gift set from the store, and found it completely missing the main product. It was unopened at the store therefore I assumed it would have all the products. I called the store right away, and waited to be called back because apparantly the manager was out of the store at the moment. Hours went by still no call. I eventually called them back myself, and spoke to the manager. Nothing got resolved. I live an hour away from the store, and I cannot just waste 2 hours of my time to drive back and forth to pick up the one product. I expected them to ship the product to my home, but the store itself "doesn't" ship anything. The manager expected me to drive back and forth when it was clearly their fault. In the end, I ended up getting a refund. This is a store I will never go to again.
