  Great brand. Really well made stuff. And the store pricing is worth the trip. Sadly, staff was basically disinterested and not all that helpful. Price you pay for a discount?

  I had the most fantastic experience this weekend at the Theory outlet store in Woodbury commons. I’m shocked to read the other negative reviews, there must have been a change in management recently because my friend and I received phenomenal service. Particularly, Laurie, one of the assistant store managers who helped us was attentive, polite, informative, and all around fantastic. She greeted us as soon as we walked in, offered assistance when needed, and checked on us regularly to make sure we had the correct sizes and suggested other great pieces we otherwise would have overlooked. And she wasn’t at all pushy! Lastly, the other sales associates were helpful and pleasant and all were smiling, it was so refreshing to walk into a store that feels happy. I will be reaching out to Laurie’s supervisor to complement her on her outstanding service as well as the entire team in the Woodbury store. Thank you Laurie! We will definitely be back and love the items we purchased.
